Will Logan Paul KO, TKO, or retire Floyd Mayweather?

Resolution criteria

This is a market on whether Logan Paul will KO, TKO, or retire Floyd Mayweather, in their exhibition boxing match, scheduled to take place on June 6, 2021 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Logan Paul KOs, TKOs, or retires Floyd Mayweather during their exhibition boxing match. For this market, “KOs, TKOs, or retires Floyd Mayweather” will be considered any of the following: (1) a true knockout, where Paul delivers a legal blow or series of legal blows, such that Mayweather falls to the canvas and cannot make the count, causing the fight to be stopped early, (2) a technical knockout, where Paul delivers a legal blow or series of legal blows such that the referee intervenes to stop the fight early to protect Mayweather’s safety, (3) failing to answer to the bell, where Paul delivers a legal blow or series of legal blows throughout the match, such that Mayweather does not rise for the opening bell for a round, due to, for example, doctor stoppage, retirement from the match (“throwing in the towel”). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, this market will be resolved in good faith at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
