We collect the following information when you use PredCopy:

  • Email address (for account creation and communication)
  • Polymarket API credentials (encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM)
  • Wallet addresses you choose to track
  • Trading activity generated through copy trading
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide the copy trading service (executing trades on your behalf)
  • Track wallet positions and trades you have subscribed to
  • Process subscription payments
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing)

3. Data Security

Your Polymarket API credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Polymarket — trading API (your credentials are used to execute trades)

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data, encrypted credentials, and trading history within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your API credentials from the Settings page. To delete your account entirely, contact [email protected].

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
