Will Medina Spirit be disqualified from the 2021 Kentucky Derby by July 15?

Resolution criteria

This is a market on whether Medina Spirit, who failed a post-race drug test, will be disqualified from the 147th Kentucky Derby, before July 15, 2021, 12:00 PM ET, the resolution date. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Medina Spirit is disqualified from the 2021 Kentucky Derby, on or before the resolution date, as verified by an official announcement from a representative of Churchill Downs, the racetrack and organization which governs the Kentucky Derby. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
