Will Tesla announce that it has bought Ethereum by July 25?

Resolution criteria

This is a market on whether Tesla ($TSLA) will make an official announcement of their intention to purchase Ether ($ETH) off their balance sheet, the completion of such a purchase, or in any other way, ownership of ETH on their balance sheet, before July 26, 2021, 12:00 AM ET, the resolution date. Official announcements will include any press releases, definitive statements, videos, or credible statements to the media from Tesla or its representatives. Statements and tweets by Elon Musk will count. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Tesla satisfies any of the aforementioned resolution conditions before the resolution date. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. In the event of ambiguity in regards to the outcome of this market, it will be resolved in good faith at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
