Resolution criteria

This is a market on whether Vice President Kamala Harris will cast a tie-breaking vote by May 15, 2021. As of the inception of this market on April 16th, 2021, Vice President Kamala Harris has cast 3 tie-breaking votes. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Vice President Harris casts a fourth tie-breaking vote on or before 11:59:59 ET May 15, 2021, and “No” otherwise. The resolution source will be https://www.senate.gov/legislative/TieVotes.htm. In the event of ambiguity, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
